3-80 AFG3000 Series Arbitrary/Function Generators Reference Manual
[SOURce[1|2]]:SWEep:TIME
This command sets or queries the sweep time for the sweep for the specified
channel. The sweep time does not include hold time and return time. The setting
range is 10 ms to 100 s.

[SOURce[1|2]]:SWEep:TIME? {MINimum|MAXimum}
Arguments
<seconds>::=<NRf>[<units>]
where
<NRf> is the sweep time in seconds.
<units>::=[ns | µs | ms | s]
Returns
<seconds>
Examples
SOURce1:SWEep:TIME 100ms
sets the CH 1 sweep time to 100 ms.
